Hello,
Is anyone else getting the "Unspecified server error" message when
attempting to use access content on the DeGruyter Brill site? We get
occasional reports of this issue but I don't know how often our users
encounter this error and don't report the issue. We seem to be able to move
past the error by reloading the page but sometimes it takes multiple (5 or
more) reload attempts.
I contacted De Gruyter in March and they indicated it was a known issue and
to monitor their status page ( https://www.degruyterbrill.com/status ). At
the time the page did indicate a problem on their end and to try reloading
the page or using a different browser. Now the site indicates "Website:
operating normally."
Thank you,
Kenyon Stuart
