[Eril-l] Wiley Online Library website/downloading issues?

Thank you Genesis and Paul!  On further testing we discovered we ARE having the same problem here (off campus only, as expected with an EZ-Proxy problem).   We would not even have realized there was a problem had it not been reported to the listserv.

Thank you, Paul. I have an open ticket with Wiley, so I'll give them some more context and see if they'll contact OCLC or have already done so to find out what's going on. I'll also let them know that this is not an isolated issue.

OCLC support (case #998529) confirmed they are aware of the issue and that they need to work with Wiley support to resolve it, as nothing can be done on OCLC’s end.

I attempted to move the Wiley stanza to the top of the config file, to no avail.

Erin, I tested that article. The EPDF reader won't load that title, either. This is the article that prompted my investigation:

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Wiley Online Library this morning? Specifically, content is not loading on Wiley's website, and the EPDF reader is continually attempting to load.
