Best of Core Forum: Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Project Management

Date: Wednesday, February 11, 2026

All webinars are one hour in length and begin at 11 am Pacific, noon
Mountain, 1 pm Central, and 2 pm Eastern time.



Description:

The webinar will discuss the foundations of project management including
waterfall and Kanban, best practices, offer suggestions, and checklists,
and hard-won tips we've honed over years of managing projects. We will
cover ways to think critically through projects from beginning to end, how
to include and communicate with stakeholders, walk through a project
charter, use real-life projects as practice examples, and introduce Asana
as a tool to streamline project tracking and collaboration.

Learning outcomes:

At the end of the webinar, attendees will be able to manage a project from
start to finish, including establishing what success/closure looks like
from the beginning! We will define the RACI framework (Responsible,
Accountable, Consulted, Informed), and walk through how to actually set a
SMART goal refining it from start to finish.

Anyone interested in learning more about project management principles,
potential softwares, delegation tactics, and ways to stay organized.
