[Eril-l] Which vendors do something special with Ezproxy server address?

Hi Mellisa,
I went through this in Nov 2024. Unless a publisher is listed at
https://theipregistry.org/publishers/, I had to either log into their admin
site to make the changes or message them. It was a tedious process.
Examples, 1. Some vendors admin sites are not easy to use. Eg, EBSCO Admin
takes IP address one by one and no longer takes ranges. I had to manually
enter dozens of addresses. 2. Not all publishers/vendors have a working
email or contact form posted.
