[Eril-l] Server error for De Gruyter Brill

Hello,

I'm posting from the University of Colorado Boulder Libraries. We are wondering if any other libraries are experiencing access issues with the De Gruyter Brill platform?

For going on 3 weeks, when we try to access from any of our authenticated IP ranges, or via Seamless Access, we receive a server error like this:

If we are outside our IP ranges and go to the De Gruyter Brill platform, we are able to access Open Access ebooks just fine.

De Gruyter technical support is aware of the problem and is working on it (they advise that refreshing the page fixes the server error, but that has not worked for us), but due to the persistence and length of this issue, we're wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar error with De Gruyter Brill and has any suggestions on a solution?
