[Eril-l] Statista question

Thanks for this input. I’ve seen that error multiple times too and they keep telling me that I should clear my browser history, but even if I do that it works once and then I see the error again. And then I tell them that that’s not a good user experience.

Has anyone been having problems with account creation or password resetting on the Statista database? For new users the registration page looks like it’s going to load but then blips and does nothing. For password resets we see a captcha error that can’t be dismissed and therefore prevents the reset process. We have the most recent Statista and Cookie Law stanzas in place in our EZ Proxy file.
