Good morning all
I would love to collaborate with libraries to encourage more non-compliant
publishers to offer proper COUNTER reporting. As I've said in most of my
webinars, as customers the power lies in your hands. Would this group be
open to working together to identify , prioritise and approach
non-compliant publishers?
