Hi everyone,
Dealing with the Title II updates is a hot topic, and I wondered how you
have prioritized your e-resources for review and/or remediation efforts.
(Public universities have been working on this already, in some cases for
years, so this might be a retrospective question for many of you.)
We have been discussing several options, like number of students using a
resource, whether use of a resource or tool is mandatory, the cost of a
resource, and so on. We've referred to the University of Washington
Procurement definition of high risk
<https://www.washington.edu/accesstech/policy-resources/procurement/> as we
considered various options.
Are there other criteria you considered? What main criterion (or
constellation of them) did you ultimately choose in order to organize your
approach?
I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on or off list!
Thanks,
Kyle
