[Eril-l] Early Career Librarians and Scholarly Publishing Professionals Survey

Hi!,

My name is Rachel Riffe-Albright, I am the Health Sciences librarian at Eastern Kentucky University and a 2025 Fellow with the Society for Scholarly Publishing. I am conducting an IRB approved survey titled Assessing the Needs and Experiences of Early Career Library and Scholarly Publishing Professionals. I am looking for responses from those who:


  1.  are employed by either an organization within the scholarly publishing industry OR a library/ information center.
  2.  are no longer enrolled in an academic program.
  3.  have three years or less experience within their chosen field.

As an early career professional myself, I feel it's important to take a multidimensional approach to understanding what our needs and experiences are as we transition from student to working professional.
