[Eril-l] How do you manage your owned (perpetual rights) eBooks

We activate our ebooks in our knowledge base, but we also keep a running
list on a spreadsheet. This has been useful for double checking activations
and also having them all in one place for statistics, etc. So far we've
been adding a new tab for each fiscal year. It may not be our long term
strategy, but it's been helpful for now.
