[Eril-l] Ebook Central Reader App Upgrade - download issues?

Hi Genesis,

UNF just got access yesterday. One person (the first to try it) set it up. Three others who tested it got the "system errors." We started a ticket too.  We have Open Athens for authentication.  We can't log out of our Proquest Ebook Central accounts, we're logged in automatically to this gobbedlygook string - see below

I can download but not launch the app, that's where I get the system error screen about lacking integrity.

Morning all,

To those who have already chosen to upgrade to the new ProQuest Ebook Central Reader App this week or before: is anyone having issues actually downloading the app to Windows devices, or seeing any books in your bookshelf in the app on Android? If anyone has been successful using this app, I'd like to know, too.

I've already put in a case with PQ/Ex Libris, but I'm wondering if this is an isolated issue or not. I've tried a workstation, two library computers, and a home computer. I am having a hard time imagining this is an error on our side.
