Hello,

Are there any libraries experiencing issues with Cochrane Library 'Sign in' or "Register" for an account?

Two weeks ago, when there were Cloudflare issues with Cochrane Library our IPs were updated, and access was restored.

I'm not sure this is a new issue because I never tested this link.
