Hi, yes, similar / same here with on and off campus Wiley outage. We have also made a case, which is no. 26853537. FYI, this outage is also being reported and info shared on EZPROXY-L.

Anyone who subscribes to the Cochrane Library via Wiley experienced this issue yesterday as well. There were many emails on the EZProxy list serv. This issue was affecting EZProxy users. When I remove the proxy prefix, Cloudflare successfully verifies that I'm a human and takes me to Wiley.



People are talking on the listerv now about Wiley Online Library experiencing the Cloudflare issue that we saw with Cochrane yesterday. It is definitely site wide.



I have submitted a support case.

Hello,



We are currently having problems connecting to Wiley Online Library from both on and off campus.



- Attempting to access Wiley Online Library from campus may lead to a page asking that you verify you are a human. The page seems to successfully verify you are human, but sometimes hangs for a few minutes before going to a page indicating "Wiley Online Library is down." This seems to only happen from some of our IP addresses.

- Attempting to access Wiley Online Library from off campus through our proxy server (EZProxy) leads to a "Website is not accessible via this address" message.



I have reported this to Wiley but wondered if anyone else was having these problems.
