[Eril-l] [EXTERNAL] Issues downloading JSTOR R5.1 reports manually?

Thanks for your feedback!

I did report it to JSTOR, after waiting over 6 hours for what should've
been a small report. It's still unresolved as far as I know. You may want
to report it as well. I agree that it's abnormal to wait that long,
especially when compared to the R5 reports, which arrive within a few
minutes.

I was finally able to download the R5.1 reports this weekend using an
incognito window, though I still encountered errors intermittently.
