[Eril-l] Ebook Central Reader App Upgrade - download issues?

Hi,
I think you have to be able to sideload onto a Windows PC from what we
discovered. Our IT services has that option blocked. So, people can only
load it on a personal windows device.
They can still view the books online, just not download them.
