Hi Flynn,

There could be several reasons for it.

Are you accessing the title the same way that the user is accessing it? (For example, are you using the same authentication method that the user is using? Are you using the same browser?)

Does the user have higher security settings in the browser or in their antivirus than you do?
Does the user have popups disabled?
Does the user use an ad blocker?
Does the user have any browser extensions that might be interfering?

Does switching to a different browser have any effect?

If the user is using Firefox, does clicking on the shield icon and disabling "Enhanced Tracking Protection" have any effect?

If the user is going through a remote authentication system, but you are not going through that system, you may need to adjust some settings in the authentication system.

Does the user's device have enough memory free to load the print tool?

Hi  all,

We are trying to troubleshoot printing selections of a Taylor and francis ebook for user  (its a DRM projected ebook) for a user. Quick context:

DRM-protected eBooks have some limitations:

     *   Restricted to one concurrent user per copy purchased

     *   Can only be read online

     *   Have copy/paste and print limitations up to 20% of the title, per user


The pop up window to print a selection of the text (once you click the print button) never shows up. I am able to get the print pop up window to come up on my end and download the pdf pages. Any thoughts about why this could be occuring? I know you don't need a Taylor and Francis account to  print and the vendor has confirmed the IP's are associated with our account. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
