[Eril-l] problems accessing JSTOR ebooks in EBA program?

In further testing by me and a colleague, we are able to get to content but it is acting wonky - had to try more than once after being denied, getting weird messages asking for login even though proxy is apparently working. There does appear to be some problem at JSTORs end.

I just checked, and ours are not accessible either, I will contact JSTOR. Thank you for bringing this up on the list Alice!
I get the error message:
400 Bad Request

Is anyone else unable to access JSTOR ebooks that should be in your EBA program? We've been unable to access titles for a week, with no other message from JSTOR other than "we'll get back to you."
