[Eril-l] Access Lab 2025 call for proposals and UX Award applications

Hello!

We're getting ready for our 2025 Access Lab community event taking place online 24 - 27 February 2025 and we warmly invite you to submit your ideas and proposals by Friday 18 October 2024.

About Access Lab 2025
Access Lab<https://www.openathens.net/access-lab/> is our annual international conference where librarians, publishers and library users meet to discuss challenges facing our industry and to find solutions to problems. Our online event will run at different times to allow you to participate from where you are in the world.
Our community volunteers will be helping to steer and support this year's program. And there will be opportunities to facilitate some of the sessions too.

Access Lab 2025 proposals
We're looking for speakers and you could be exactly who we're looking for. Are you a librarian, publisher, library service vendor or work in the knowledge industry? Would you like the opportunity to discuss your challenges and solutions with your peers, vendors and partners?
You can submit proposals for plenary talks, panel debates, roundtable discussions, case studies and more. Topics may include:


  *   Security and user privacy
  *   Artificial Intelligence
  *   Data analytics and reporting
  *   Impact of library budgets
  *   User experience and accessibility
  *   Federated authentication and seamless access

UX Award 2025
At the conference, Jane Charlton, senior marketing manager - community and content will announce the winner of our 2025 UX Award. Now in its sixth year, our UX Award showcases publishers and library service vendors that have taken great strides in improving user experience. Any publisher, library systems vendor, or research and analytics tool can apply.
