[Eril-l] [EXTERNAL] Mergent question

We’re working with Mergent to transition to Workspace Campus (like you alluded to, Mergent Online is sunsetting in May or June 2025).

We will be running Mergent Online and Workspace Campus concurrently starting in January.

I can’t answer about your invoice issue (we did finally receive our Mergent Online renewal last April — they really wanted us to transition to Workspace Campus last spring, but we pushed back and said we just needed to renew Mergent Online for another year — I do remember that we received our renewal somewhat late).

If you need a contact for a sales rep, let me know. Ours is for the southeast I believe, but I’m sure if you wanted to reach out she could direct you to whoever handles the northeast.

We’ve having a weird billing issue with FTSE Russell over our Mergent subscription. Our subscription period should have ended July 31st 2024 according to our last invoice from them. However, we’ve yet to receive an invoice for the new subscription period. I’ve reached out to the vendor several times, only to be told we don’t owe anything yet and not to worry about it. The product is still up and running, which is good, but it’s very strange.

To add to it, Mergent Online is being replaced by a new product, Mergent Market Atlas. We’ve been granted access to Atlas, and MO is still online. But the fact that we can’t get them to send us a new invoice (or to explain why) is somewhat confusing. Anyone else having this experience?
