[Eril-l] Mergent question

We've having a weird billing issue with FTSE Russell over our Mergent subscription. Our subscription period should have ended July 31st 2024 according to our last invoice from them. However, we've yet to receive an invoice for the new subscription period. I've reached out to the vendor several times, only to be told we don't owe anything yet and not to worry about it. The product is still up and running, which is good, but it's very strange.

To add to it, Mergent Online is being replaced by a new product, Mergent Market Atlas. We've been granted access to Atlas, and MO is still online. But the fact that we can't get them to send us a new invoice (or to explain why) is somewhat confusing. Anyone else having this experience?
