Jeffrey,

Finding a good time for major projects, like implementing a new service such as LibKey or a new link resolver, can be difficult. Some projects will require a lot of time and focus, so slow times are best for those. Are there changes or updates to your services you would like to make? My experience is that these sort of project needs will become apparent when you are too busy with other things to do them.

Maybe a review of your services would be a good start?

Regards,

Michael

Subject: I EXTERNAL I [Eril-l] Electronic Resources Projects

Hi all,

I am new to Electronic Resources and ER librarianship. My director is asking about what summer projects I am doing for Electronic Resources.

What types of projects do Electronic Resource librarians complete during the summer, fall and spring?
Are there recurring projects? If yes, what are these projects?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Jeffrey
