Hi Jessica,

We gather stats from several non-COUNTER vendors...but I haven't found a
more efficient solution than logging into a vendor's website and manually
downloading reports, and/or pestering the relevant vendor rep for usage
reports. It's work that can theoretically be farmed out to a student
employee, but it would have to be someone you trust with your vendor
passwords. Finding the usage reports on a vendor's website can also be
challenging.

If you have the reports in hand, CELUS <https://www.celus.net/> can ingest
non-COUNTER reports, provided they are in tabular format (csv, etc), so you
can easily report non-COUNTER data alongside your COUNTER reports (without
adding them together!). The program can already handle several major
non-COUNTER vendors (see here for a list
<https://support.celus.net/support/solutions/articles/103000096445-non-counter-platforms-processing-in-celus>),
and they add more platforms regularly.

Best,
John
