[Eril-l] Off campus access to Wiley Online via EZ proxy issue

Hello,

Sorry, forgot to mention that we get a login/payment prompt when trying to access materials off campus. We did have off campus access issues with Wiley before due to Cloudflare, but it was resolved when Wiley whitelisted our IPs in their Cloudflare settings. However, when access off campus was blocked previously, we received the same error message mentioned in OCLC's documentation of the issue:

Same thing here! When accessing Wiley Online Library off campus, we can't access materials that we subscribe to (and our logo does not appear in the heading). We don't have an issue with access to the same materials on campus. Our stanza is also updated to the current.

I know there was talk about a Wiley login issue on the EZ Proxy listserv, but I believe this is a separate issue.

Is anyone having problems with authentication to Wiley Online Library off campus?    We use EZ proxy and made sure our stanzas match the 7/8/24 update but the site is still not recognizing the university.  Our name does not appear in the heading like it does on campus and this string appears at the end of the URL  “/?skip=true”



There are no error messages and our regular login through the proxy and DUO security seem to be working fine.  I have not seen this behavior before, and I tested access to other publisher sites and there was not a similar issue.
