Hi,

I created my own database using Zoho to keep them in, it is available
online, so when others need to access the info they can get it (only a
couple of people have the login/password to the database.)

The person before me was using Excel and giving people the login/password
info when they asked for it.

There are several commercially available e-resource managers out there and
probably some free ones as well.

It probably just depends on what works best for you.
