If you have a cell phone disconnected from wi-fi, that will work. If it can serve as a hotspot for your desktop, then so much the better.

We are looking for a solution to mimic being off-campus to test our electronic resources. I currently do this by using a VPN that I pay for myself, which is not ideal. How do other folks do this? Do you use a VPN? If so, is there a specific VPN vendor you’d recommend?
