Binghamton University Libraries is seeking applicants for the professional
position of Library Contracts Coordinator.

The Library Contracts Coordinator is responsible for coordinating
agreements and contracts for electronic library resources in compliance
with campus procedures and New York State policies. The incumbent
negotiates, edits, and manages new and updated contracts and amendments in
conjunction with the Libraries team responsible for purchasing electronic
resources and the campus Purchasing Office. This requires the ability to
manage ongoing conversations and to use jurisdiction in decision making.
This position is also responsible for creating, uploading, and maintaining
license records in the ExLibris Alma library software system.  Attention to
detail, ability to work in a team and within the framework of a public
institution, and strong communication skills are essential.
