The recording for our recent webinar focused on the role that different
actors in scholarly communication can play to address climate change is now
available and can be found on our blog
<https://oaspa.org/webinar-scholarly-communications-response-to-the-climate-crisis-and-the-role-of-open-science/>
along
with presenters' slides.
This webinar was an opportunity for registrants to reflect on what they
could do to advance open access to climate research and plan some actions
(e.g. opening up fundamental papers, publish new research openly, raise
awareness among researchers, engage library community, amongst others).
With thanks to our chair *Monica Granados *and our panelists *Vincent
Lariviere *and *Kris Karnauskas, *and to *Chris Zielinski *for background
information. We also thank our webinar series sponsors (Royal Society of
Chemistry, Hindawi and TrendMD) for enabling us to offer webinars to all
without any barrier.
Best wishes,
Bernie
