[Eril-l] Cloudflare error - Chronicle of Higher Ed

Greetings,

We are not experiencing the Cloudflare error at Springfield College. We're
an OCLC-hosted EZproxy institution, so my guess is that Cloudflare has our
server whitelisted based on prior Cloudflare outages.
