We are also seeing a Cloudflare error for that title from offcampus-we have EZ proxy authentication and this is the error I'm seeing:

There's been traffic on the EZProxy-L list this morning about a Cloudflare error when trying to access The Chronicle of Higher Education. Middlebury now uses OpenAthens, and I see the same error when I just tried to access it (from off-campus). I've reported the problem to The Chronicle. Wondering if other libraries are seeing a similar error?
