Greetings,

Dryad has published the winter edition of our quarterly newsletter, a regular summary of updates and perspectives on the Dryad platform and the open research data landscape. You can read the newsletter in full and subscribe to receive future editions. Highlights include:
An invitation to register for Dryad’s February 22 open house, which will bring together prospective collaborators, librarians, and the wider research community to learn about how Dryad complements and enhances institutional research data management initiatives.
An overview of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP)’s Year of Open Science initiative and alignment with Dryad’s goals.
An overview of Dryad’s recent achievements, including selection for Global Sustainability Coalition for Open Science Services (SCOSS)’ fourth funding cycle and the onboarding of nine new leading institutions and publishers.
A warm welcome to our new chair of the Board of Directors, Jason Williams.
An overview of Dryad’s integration with eJournalPress (eJP) to help authors make their research data more openly available and reusable, and an invitation to journals using eJP to activate the API-level integration.

Kind regards,

Amelia Jones on behalf of Dryad
