Towson University’s Albert S. Cook Library seeks a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, customer-focused Library Associate to manage the library’s electronic resources, including e-journals, databases, aggregator and e-book collections, e-resources statistics, and the Open URL Resolver Knowledge Base and SFX.  The individual in this position will also be responsible for troubleshooting access issues for the library’s electronic resources.
