[Eril-l] Open Athens disruptions--common issue?

Hi!
  I’m part of a consortium in Georgia that migrated to OpenAthens in October 2019. We’ve had some disruptions in the past,  January 2020 was particularly bad but other than that, we haven’t had that many issues arise consistently. I’m not sure if my memory is failing me but in general I haven’t gotten regular complaints from patrons about a disruption or an inability to log in through OpenAthens.

I would be interested to know if these were temporary disruptions or a period of time over days. We do not currently have Open Athens but investigating.
