[Eril-l] PubMed Account Log-in

Hello,

I've sent tickets into NLM & our IT support but I wondered in the last week or two have you've had any reports from users unable to log-in to their PubMed account using through 3rd party log-in?

Onsite/ VPN log-in works as expected.
Offsite through EZProxy, users get through the initial log-in process then error-out, receive a blank screen or fail when DUO does not send a push.

Just looking for a clue :)
