The Library & Information Technology Services at Belmont University is
accepting applications for a non-tenure track faculty position at the rank
of Assistant Professor beginning June 1, 2023.


Job responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of electronic
resources, providing information and data/statistics used in the analysis
and evaluation of electronic resources, maintaining and troubleshooting
e-resource access issues, developing polices, promoting e-resources through
the creation of research guides and coordinating training. All library
faculty serve as liaison to one or more academic departments, participate
in departmental and university committee work, engage in scholarly
activity, and advise undeclared students in course selection. MLS or
progress toward a terminal degree is required; teaching experience strongly
preferred.


As all Belmont undergraduates complete an innovative general education
program with significant interdisciplinary components, Belmont University
