Good afternoon

When I saw your subject line I thought for sure it was an email I had sent. These folks are nothing but problems.  A couple weeks ago I got them to reinstate access to one of our online subscriptions, after many emails back & forth. I wouldn't be surprised if the company totally folded.

And yes, we're having trouble with online access today as well.

Subject: [Eril-l] Allen Press journals once again

Hi all,

Just a complaint about Allen Press here. Is anyone else having access problems with their journals? We subscribe to two journals and are getting a screen with the message "unable to locate address for meridian.allenpress.com".

I emailed Meridian/Allen Press support but it bounced back. I opened a ticket with EBSCO too since the link to the journal in their kb is also giving this error message.
