Jessica,

We came to an agreement on a user number for a trial year to see how many
users we had based on former usage. They were very informed on how many
users my programs used. The price was much higher, but we made it
manageable. I was very frustrated by this transition as well. But, our
users were flocking away from impelsys because of its many limitations.

Best,
Hal
