Libraries have access to more user data than ever before. Data collection can help libraries meet the information needs of their patrons, but many librarians are considering the ethics of their data collection practices. In this free moderated webinar, two presenters will address privacy concerns related to libraries. Amanda Ferrante from EBSCO and Pam Sessoms from LibraryH3lp will discuss their approaches to data privacy, including the type of data they collect and how they protect it, as well as what data is available to libraries that use their resources.
