Apologies for posting to multiple lists but we finally solved our De Gruyter access problem this morning.
It looks as though our De Gruyter Ezproxy stanza was the cause of the problem. We were using the OCLC stanza dated 20200901
https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/De_Gruyter_Online
I replaced it with the very basic stanza below and moved the stanza to the top of our database entries
Title De Gruyter Journals
URL https://www.degruyter.com/
HJ www.degruyter.com
HJ www.reference-global.com
DJ degruyter.com
DJ reference-global.com
Previously our stanza was entered under the longer name (Walter De Gruyter) and was almost at the bottom of the config file because our stanzas are listed alphabetically. Moving the stanza to the top of the databases appears to have resolved a conflict somewhere in the file.
All three libraries have access again now, and their journals are correctly displayed in the “My Products” information.
Hope that solution helps other libraries who may be having similar problems.
Vivien

Hi Vivien,
Thank you so much for sharing, as well! We also are not being recognized on the new site, although De Gruyter has our correct IPs, so it sounds like we are in a similar situation as you are. Thanks for confirming that it's not being caused by the IP Registry. I hope that De Gruyter will be able to provide us with a special link and passcode while they work on our access so that our users can access our titles, as well.
Many thanks,
Eugenia

Hi Eugenia
Laurie and I had been working together to try and resolve the loss of access on the new platform – it’s great that their access is now working correctly. Unfortunately we have not been so lucky! Three of our libraries are affected, but one of our libraries appears to be set up correctly and has access. That is very strange as we are all set up in an identical way (access via registered Ezproxy IP address). Yesterday afternoon I had an online meeting with one of the De Gruyter team to try and resolve the problem.
Unlike Laurie’s organization we were not recognised at all on the new platform, but our IP addresses are correctly registered and subscribed titles are activate in their system. I checked again this morning but we still have no access so the cause of our problem has not yet been identified.
At this stage De Gruyter is not using the IP Registry system for providing organisational IP addresses so that is definitely not the problem.
I have pasted screenshots for one of our a libraries without access and the library with access.

De Gruyter have provided us with a special links and a passcode so that we can provide our clinicians with access while they try and resolve the problem.
I am wondering now whether there might be a conflict somewhere in our Ezproxy configs, so I will be playing around with that later today.
Kind regards
Vivien

Yes!! I’d been in contact with them since early last week, and we finally got access to our journals and ebooks restored yesterday. I don’t know for sure what the problem was, but I suspected that outdated or incomplete account information was migrated, since the De Gruyter pages were showing our Health Sciences Library at the upper right (and just one title under My Products) when accessed on campus or through proxy. Now, it shows University of Arizona Lib there and all of our entitlements.
I was aware of one other library in Australia on the EZproxy listserv that had also lost access after the migration. In fact, it was their message that caused me to check and find we had the same problem. As of yesterday, they still did not have access. But since no one else mentioned having problems on that list, it is possible that only some libraries were affected.
