[Eril-l] Best practices for rights page

Hello,

We recently cancelled a database and as a part of our license agreement we were provided an archived copy of the resource for our patrons to access. We are planning to house this archived copy as a PDF. I am looking for information regarding best practices for a rights page in relation to this type of archived resource. Does anyone have any information about best practices or perhaps any examples of a rights page you include with similar resources?
