[Eril-l] Relational Child & Youth Care (RCYCP) EZ Proxy issues

Hi,
Does anyone subscribe to the database Relational Child & Youth Care Practice and have it successfully working with EZ proxy? The vendor says it has many libraries configured with EZ Proxy but we can't seem to get our access working.
