[Eril-l] Springer Palgrave journal oddness?

Hi all,
Does anyone have a journal that is (or was) on Springer, but is under the Palgrave imprint? We are having some really strange, inconsistent behavior with one such journal that is sometimes granting article access and sometimes giving paywalls. (Multiple people have tested and it's inconsistent across browsers, whether you're VPN'd into a campus connection or using EZProxy). Sometimes the journal page will go as far as to say "You have access to this journal" but when you go to an individual article, you hit the paywall. This too is inconsistent. I have better luck if I VPN into campus, and in general we've had better luck with Firefox, and that's about it.
I've contacted Springer and made sure they have our current IP addresses. We have deleted our Springer cookies too, but are still seeing the strange behavior.
Thanks,
