Good afternoon,

We're having issues with this database, as it requires users to login from our campus once a year to renew their account.

As I'm sure is the case for other institutions, some of our users were not able to return to campus this fall to renew their account. We have reached out repeatedly to Wolters Klower, but have not been able to get any solutions-or really even much of a response.

Has anyone else run into this? Or perhaps even worked out a solution?

Obviously, we could renew accounts for students and faculty ourselves, but we are concerned that would not be in line with our licensing agreement. Our NYT.com site license was like this, but we were able to work with them this spring to change that requirement, and we were hoping to do the same with CCH.
