Subscriptions Coordinator, closing 16th September
https://jobs.worcester.ac.uk/vacancy.aspx?ref=ILS2007

Join our award-winning service as part of the University of Worcester's Eresources team.

As Subscriptions Coordinator, you will help to ensure that University of Worcester students and staff have access to the journals and databases they need for their teaching, learning and research.

We are looking for a candidate who can confidently communicate complex concepts with our stakeholders, from a new student who is struggling to find an article, to writing reports for our leadership team. No two days are alike, this role will suit you if you enjoy variety and can follow problems through to long-term solutions. Consistency is key, you will need a keen eye for detail when creating and updating records in our library management system, discovery layer and website. If you are a self-starter, who can happily work independently within a small team, then we'd love to hear from you.

We offer flexible working and a range of other benefits. The Hive is a unique library, a joint endeavour between the University of Worcester and Worcestershire County Council. You'll find that our unique approach extends to our values. Student satisfaction with Library Services has risen year on year, and we are now in the top quartile for the country, thanks in no small part to the Eresources Team, who manage subscriptions and online services.
