[Eril-l] EBSCO Full Text Link Issues

Hi All,
We are experiencing access issues to EBSCO articles via their full text link(s). We conduct a search via Discover, navigate to the article, after clicking on the article it takes us to the publisher's page but denies access.

Switching browsers did not help. We do gain access to these articles going through our library catalog, via our library journals. We can also access the same articles in ProQuest Central, and various other databases, the permalinks for those work.

We are in talks w/ EBSCO and have tried different updates and workflows without success.
Does anyone know what setting(s) should be turned on/off in EBSCO discovery? Could this be something else we are overlooking altogether?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
