Taylor and Francis sent emails directly to customers about flat pricing for a year in exchange for committing to renew all of your Taylor and Francis titles by September 15th. You may want to reach out to your Taylor and Francis representative if you missed that deadline.

Here's a statement from T&F (March 2020) on what it will do to ensure that "all relevant [COVID-related] research is available to those who are at the forefront of research into mitigating its impact." But it doesn't promise to freeze prices.

“… there will not be any price increase for calendar year 2021 on journal content that each customer currently has as part of their subscription agreement"
