The Edward L Pratt Research Library at Cincinnati Children's is seeking an E-Resource Librarian. The ideal candidate will provide collaborative and innovative information and knowledge services through library and technical services in an academic medical center with an extensive and exclusively on-line collection. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad medical library experience in a top-rated pediatric medical center.

Primary Responsibility
Serve as an information and knowledge management subject matter expert (SME) in e-resources. Manage operations related to digital resources and analytics. Must include familiarity and assistance with library management systems such as collection development, acquisition, and subscriptions, including implementation and technical management and support. Model an excellent understanding of evidence-based practice principles.

Other Responsibilities

  *   Contribute to the day-to-day operation of an academic medical center library in all aspects of information and knowledge management including, but not limited to circulation, document delivery/ILL and reference.
  *   Develop and support learning modules utilizing multiple media formats and technologies to instruct the community on resources using evidence-based practice principles in the clinical/research setting, both in person and virtually.
  *   Collaborate with researchers, clinical faculty, fellows, residents, nurses, allied health professionals and other disciplines/professions preforming literature searches, research impact metrics, publication life cycle assistance, and other clinical/research forums.
