[Eril-l] Wiley Book Chapters and EZProxy

Is anyone else having problems with EZProxy and Wiley Online Book Chapter PDFs?

If we use Firefox, we are seeing a browser security message about embedded sites.
If we use Chrome, we are seeing the sad face with [domain] refused to connect.

Wiley says it's OCLC. I'm pretty sure it's how Wiley is resolving the embedded prefix. I don't know EZProxy enough to know how this should be fixed if it really is EZProxy.

Suggestions?
