[Eril-l] Kanopy Request Form Not Appearing

Greetings all!

Out library is not using the PDA model on Kanopy, so we've been reliant on
the request forms that display when a video is not accessible. I just
noticed that for our university, this request form is no longer appearing
when users go to the video's page; instead, a play button appears (implying
there may be access) that, when clicked, displays this error message:
"No access attributes can be found for the specified node (PDA access,
license or special authorization) => playback blocked. (Err:
PLAYER_ERR_NO_ACCESS_ATTRIBUTES) "

I was able to confirm that the videos were not displaying in search results
as accessible, so it's potentially unlikely that our users are finding
these in great numbers, but I wanted to reach out on the listserv and see
if anyone else was having this issue.
