In case it would be helpful to others, I’ve created a LibGuide to help keep track of the open access offers for educational resources at the college level during the COVID-19 outbreak.  It is not an exhaustive list, but feel free to take a look and link to if you find it helpful.  I will continue to update this page as more offers come in.
