This full-time position reports to SCELC’s Director of Licensing Services
and is part of a team of three that is responsible for pricing and license
negotiation, offering content and services from more than 100 vendors to
250+ SCELC libraries.  The successful candidate will develop and maintain
productive relationships with vendors and libraries, contributing to
conversations and activities that support SCELC’s mission

Duties and Responsibilities include:

   1.

   Negotiate and manage SCELC Licenses
   2.

   Negotiate offer pricing and ongoing SCELC discounts
   3.

   Collaborate with vendors to market and promote SCELC offers
   4.

   Collaborate with libraries to improve SCELC services and advise on
   vendor products
   5.

   Support SCELC committees and events, including Vendor Day and Colloquium


Experience with electronic resources licensing from the library or vendor
side and/or an Masters in Library and Information Science are desirable,
but not required.
